Eligibility

At Mannbhaya, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or receive Online Store Credit (excluding shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit lets you return your purchase and use the same value towards a future Mannbhaya order.

How to Request an Exchange?

To request an exchange, call us at +92 370 9075499, and have your Order ID ready along with the details of your request. Our team will assist you through the process.

Time Frame

Exchange/return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Sending Items Back

Once your request is approved, you will need to send the item back via courier. We’ll share the return details with you over email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following situations:

·         If the item is damaged upon receipt

·         If the wrong item is delivered

·         If the item is defective or faulty

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by calling us at +92 370 9075499.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• Seasonal items can only be exchanged within the same season’s collection (e.g., summer stock with summer stock).
